Mark Kaskey, Vice President/Investments

Mark Kaskey brings more than 30 years of financial services experience in helping clients pursue their goals.  He believes that a personal knowledge of each client’s situation and investment temperament is important in establishing clearly defined objectives.

Mark’s role on the team is relationship management and market analysis. His specialty includes bond portfolio construction, syndicate administration, and retirement planning.  His vast experience has traveled him through many market cycles and industry transitions.  This journey has gained him wisdom which provides a backdrop for sustainable client advice.

Mark completed the Retirement Income Planning Certificate Program offered by the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School in March of 2012.  When not serving his clients, Mark enjoys spending time with his wife of over 30 years and their two children.  Mark is also an avid practitioner of yoga.

Jason Beard, Vice President/Investments

Jason Beard started as a financial advisor in the fall of 2001.  Since then he has built a practice toward open client communication and trust.  His objective since day one has been to provide each client with thorough and solid wealth advice.  He specializes in developing a working relationship with each and every client in order to efficiently manage and work toward expectations and goals.  Through intense due dilligence, he creates and establishes workable strategies for clients' financial puzzles.

Jason’s responsibilities on the team include client communication, equity strategies, portfolio construction, and investment planning. Jason graduated from Cabrini College in 2000.

When not working with clients, Jason is spending time with his family which now includes his wife, three daughters, and son.  He coaches his children’s teams and also enjoys all Philadelphia sports, exercising, and running, including running in the Philadelphia Marathon.  He has participated in the Philadelphia Blue Cross Broad Street Run multiple times, helping to raise money for Determination American Cancer Society.

Robert Cellucci, CFP®, Registered Client Service Associate

Bob Cellucci started in the industry in 2000.  His objective since day one has been to provide each client with thorough service.

Bob has a degree in finance and holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM  professional certification.  He also has an MBA with a concentration in taxation.  Bob has been published in the Journal of Financial Service Professionals.

Sarah Fiorelli, Registered Client Service Associate

Sarah Fiorelli is a member of the MJB Management Group at Stifel. She has extensive experience with a diverse client base, which includes high-net worth individuals, trusts, and foundations. Her responsibilities within the team include client administration and onboarding, reporting, and account maintenance. Sarah prides herself on providing specialized support to each of her clients, and offers dependable and diligent service.

Sarah has worked in financial services since 2003. Prior to joining Stifel, Sarah spent five years with Barclays Wealth and Investment Management, where she was a Client Services Analyst.

Sarah earned her undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Temple University’s Fox School of Business.

Sarah lives in Yardley, Pennsylvania with her husband and two children.
